I pride myself on small batch, high quality wedding and celebration cakes. I use real butter, local eggs, unbleached flour and pure cane sugar. My cakes are baked fresh to order (never frozen) and decorated to impress. I use fresh fruit, fresh flowers, edible flowers/ herbs, dehydrated fruits, chocolate glaze, house-made caramel, and edible gold dust decoration. Decor options/colors depend on availability.
*I only use food coloring upon request and do not use fondant, or sugar gum paste. I do not make cartoon-themed children's cakes, sculpted cakes or sugar flowers. I do not make gluten-free, sugar-free, or vegan cakes.
Cake Sizes
6 inch cake, 6-8 servings; 8 inch cake, 12-16 servings; 10 inch cake, 22-26 servings and a 12 inch cake 30-36 inch servings. For larger sizes or tiered cakes, please inquire by email.
Cake Construction
Cakes are made of four layers of cake and three layers of fillings. All buttercream cakes are finished with semi-naked frosting. Chocolate cakes are fully frosted.
Allergies
All cakes/ baked goods are made in a kitchen that uses tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and soy. If you have an allergy concern, please email me at isiscakesri@gmail.com prior to ordering.
Cake Care
Store cakes in the refrigerator, but allow them to rest at room temperature for 30-45 minutes to take the chill off for optimum texture. Due to the nature of fresh decorations, please enjoy your cake within a couple days of pick up. Cakes with fresh flowers should be enjoyed same day.
Ordering
Please use the link below to check availability and place your order. This is a very small operation and therefore pickups are available Friday between 3pm and 6pm or Saturday between 10am-noon. Holiday weeks may differ. Tuesday is the last day to place an order for the following Friday/Saturday. This being said, often during busy weeks, especially summer, pickups options may close weeks in advance.
*Cakes can not be picked up at Grapes and Gourmet
*Cake orders that are not picked up on designated date/time will not be refunded. If a Friday order is missed it can be picked up the following Saturday between 10am-noon. If a Saturday pickup is missed, Wednesday is the next available day for pick up.
*Cakes cannot be shipped.
