We pride ourselves on small batch, high quality wedding and celebration cakes. We use real butter, local eggs, unbleached flour and pure cane sugar. Our cakes are baked fresh to order (never frozen) and decorated to impress. We use fresh fruit, fresh flowers, edible flowers/ herbs, dehydrated fruits, chocolate drizzle, house-made caramel, and edible gold dust decoration. Decor options/colors may depend on availability. 

*We do not use artificial dyes, flavors, fondant, or sugar gum paste. We do not make cartoon-themed children's cakes, sculpted cakes or sugar flowers.  We do not make gluten-free, sugar-free, or vegan cakes.

Cake Construction

Cakes are made of four layers of cake and three layers of fillings. All buttercream cakes are finished with semi-naked frosting. Chocolate cakes are fully frosted.

Allergies

All cakes/ baked goods are made in a kitchen that has tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and soy. Anyone ordering a cake should notify us at the time of order placement if they have an allergy concern, or do so before hand by emailing us at isiscakesri@gmail.com. We implement safe handling practices in our kitchen, but for anyone with serious allergies we suggest finding a bakery that specializes in allergen free ingredients.

Cake Care

Store cakes in the refrigerator. Allow to rest at room temperature (for best texture) for an hour. Enjoy within 3 days.

Ordering

Please use the order form below to check availability and place your order. Pickup is every Friday between 3pm and 6pm. Holiday weeks may differ (see individual product pickup date options). Tuesday is the last day to place order for following Friday.

*Cakes can not be picked up at Grapes and Gourmet

*Cake orders that are not picked up on designated date/time will not be refunded. If a Friday pick up is missed, Wednesday is the next available day for pick up.

*Cakes can not be shipped.
